After years working in hospitality at some of NYC's best restaurants, he has perfected the fine art of service. Logan first learns exactly what his client wants, then in a delicate yet proactive way, ensures that their expectations are in line with what is feasible in today's real estate market.

Specializing on the West Side of Manhattan from Upper West Side to Financial District high rises, Logan is there to assist from the very beginning of the process to the very end - plus makes himself available after move-in for questions or assistance. Hailing from Savannah, Georgia, Logan was raised with the premise that "a little kindness goes a long way." His southern charm is complemented by his city savvy having lived in Manhattan for many years. Logan completed his studies at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. He studied opera and classical theatre, so places a great deal of his passion in attending performances or teaching private clients. In free time he enjoys bike riding and exploring the city.
